08 BAC DUI DISMISSED after Jury Trial - Plead to DRY RECKLESS

Stopped for speeding on Lake Blvd near Oasis Road just north of Redding, California. According to the CHP Officer Kim failed the field sobriety tests (FSTs) and blew .08 BrAC or more on the road side breath test (PAS). After being arrested a blood sample was taken at the hospital also showing a .08 or more BAC. Kim believed she was not guilty and had a jury trial. When the jury trial resulted in a mistrial, Mr. Hamilton was able to negotiate a non-alcohol related reckless driving plea - meaning all DUI charges were dismissed and Kim was not convicted of an alcohol related offense.
